I am violently allergic to heavy bass, particularly when it is coming through my walls, ceiling, or floor from the neighboring apartments, and even more particularly when it is coming from fools who don’t have the manners to turn it down when asked politely. They don’t realize how lucky they are that I haven’t managed to build that EMP (electromagnetic pulse generator) yet, and that I don’t have any firearms or nuclear weapons in the house.
