MFH and I got it yesterday, and we both read it. According to my calculations, he was reading at speeds of up to 142 pages per hour. My average was 104 pages per hour; I started a little before 7 pm, and finished it at 1 am.

I thought it was pretty good. My prediction for who was going to die was correct. I didn’t have any idea who the Half-Blood Prince was until it was revealed. A lot of the book is based on things that happened in Book 5, which I’ve only read once, and not recently.

Somewhere I lost a day: I got up this morning and went to my computer to work, as usual, only to find out that it was Saturday.
