Apprentice

The men’s team continues to display a superior ability to put personal differences aside to get the job done. The women’s team? Too caught up in catfighting to catch basic mistakes: not putting the Dairy Queen logo on the character, and not considering the market demographics. Very unwise of Toral to revel in her team’s defeat, when defeat meant that she was likely to be fired. She threw away a chance to redeem herself by taking the project manager role, and she refused to wear the character costume. When the boardroom time came, she had no accomplishments to defend herself with. (A similar thing happened with the unpopular Dawn on Martha Stewart Apprentice: better at whining than working.) In the Lamborghini task, Markus was the black sheep of his team, but was spared because he had seen and tried to prevent the team’s fatal mistakes.
