Zatera Ul

A long drive to Michigan, with a stop in downtown Chicago to meet a friend. A funeral (for my aunt). A baby shower (for us). Seeing some old friends. A trip to the Amish discount grocery store. A drive north. A night in heavy-duty air conditioning. An afternoon at the beach, sunburns included (nowhere near as bad as last year). A knitted baby hat, that I finished at the beach. A birthday dinner. Another all-day drive. A cat that was happy to see us again, but not happy to be riding home in the car. An old goldfish that didn’t survive the heat wave that went through while we were gone.
