Pitiful

According to last weekend’s Pioneer Press, average Twin Cities snowfall is 38 inches, but we’ve only had 12 inches this year. Bah. MFH pointed out, though, that this year it has stayed cold, so that measly 12 inches is still on the ground. But it looks like we’ll be having warmer weather this week–good for getting out for walks with OLC. I’ve been getting cabin fever, especially when the temps were staying down in the negative numbers.

In other news, MFH took our Christmas tree down, and our living room seems much larger. Last’s year tree stayed up almost through March.

I’m still working on birth announcements, even though OLC is almost four months old.

Our Bible study group met last night, for the first time since it split (to make room for growth). A new family came, which makes ten adults and twelve children, I think, so we’re almost back where we started. I was pretty overwhelmed by the chaos, until the kids went downstairs. OLC isn’t even the youngest; there’s a two-month-old. OLC does well around people, though it tires her out.
