… is that woven rag rugs are much stronger than (loosely) crocheted rag rugs. I mixed the two kinds in the washer, and the frayed edges of the crocheted denim rug got all tangled into the fringe of the two woven rugs, and they all but pulled it apart in the wash. Oh well, that was my most expendable rug anyway.
