I have an awesome job with good pay and great flexibility to work at home. I’m working half time these days, which still is almost impossible with an infant around. I keep thinking that it’s like trying to knit a complicated Aran sweater pattern, with one hand tied behind my back, and constantly having to put the whole thing down to answer the phone. I’m getting things done, but in very small quanta at irregular time intervals. Most weeks I have to spend a few hours on Saturday catching up.

OLC isn’t quite crawling yet, still doing more of a lunge-and-bellyflop style of locomotion. We found out that she likes squash even more than sweet potatoes. She’s starting to be able to push/pull herself up into a sitting position. Her favorite toy right now is a fresh sheet of paper, though we try to keep her from eating too much of it.
