Zatera Ul

We are in the thick of raspberry season around here. In the spring, MFH spent some time putting compost around the raspberry bushes, and they are doing very well this year. OLC has been helping me pick them. We picked a quart’s worth on Saturday alone.

Last year, I made a lot of raspberry ice with them; this year, I am just putting them in the freezer. Mostly I use frozen raspberries in muffins, but they also go well with chocolate ice cream.
