I messed up my knee the other day: I pivoted, and something went Pop! Then I went and did a lot of walking/limping around on it. That didn’t make it feel any better. MFH doctored it some last night, and it is better today. Needs more time to heal, though.

Of course, I don’t want to go to the doctor. Any real health care reform is going to have to figure out a way to provide incentives for under-utilizers like me to go to the doctor. Having them pay me the co-pay, instead of the other way around, would be a good start.

MFH is having some physical breakdowns of his own. I told him last night, “I was looking forward to growing old with you, I just didn’t know it was going to start so soon!”

In baby news, OLC has discovered how to make a growly voice, so she sounds like a baby who’s been chain-smoking for 60 years–it’s hilarious. Also, she just started saying mama and mom.
