Well, I haven’t torn apart the whole house yet, just the little room that is my office/study/retreat/craft space. I turned my craft cabinet into a corner desk, and moved out the big monster of a desk that was taking up half the room. I cut the new corner desk top out of an old countertop from our church, that we rescued from the dumpster a couple of years ago. Now I’m in the settling-back-in phase. I need to figure out how I’m going to set up my sewing area in its corner. Also, I need a power strip with a longer cord.

The best part so far is that I was able to move in a bookshelf and could put all my craft books in one place again!
