I started NaNoWriMo strong, and then didn’t get many chances to write for a while. I’m at 6,200 words now.

Thursday, we went to a lighting store to look at options for OLC-proof living room lighting. It turned out that the place was Not Our Kind of Store; the prices all had the decimal point off by a place. (Maybe they need to, just to pay their electric bill.) Now I know where to go, the day I go crazy and blow a grand on one lamp. I told MFH that we should set up a workshop and store just down the street from them, and call it Foofy Lamps for Less.

Today we are cooking a turkey for our church’s Thanksgiving dinner tomorrow. It’s starting to smell good.
