Zatera Ul

All fall, OLC and I have been going through a cycle of getting a new cold every week or so. We seem to always pick up some germ or other on the weekends when we are out running errands, going to church, and visiting the library. MFH has successfully dodged most of these by eating raw garlic by the clove–ugh! The last two colds have been particularly nasty; I was coughing so hard last night that my sides are sore today. I’ve noticed that my immune system is weaker when I eat too much sugar.
