Learned that she felt like a failure as a writer all through her thirties: couldn’t get anything published, terribly busy with children and family responsibilities, unable to justify to others the hours that she did spend writing, yet she just couldn’t not write.

TLG started for sure smiling last week. He had a few smiles before that, but they would come and go at random times. Now he smiles responsively.

Pilates is addictive: there are quick results and I feel a lot better if I do my routine, but also there’s quick backsliding into stiffness and general aches and pains if I don’t.
