i just finished my kit,all seems fine but,,,no power to led,,,,no output,,speaker works, battery is sending power,im lost led shows no power
i used the input points that were next to the voltage in.
i dont have any idea whats next i checked all my connections, values and pots,,all appear fine
No part of the board is heating up when you plug it in to power?
The LED part of the circuit is very simple. It only has a resistor, and an LED. So if your LED is not lighting up then either something is wrong with your power source, or the LED is in backwards. You can measure power from the top of R13, right? If you have power at the top of R13, and your LED is not lighting up then either your LED is wired backwards, or there is something wrong with the wiring to the LED.
As for output, double check your input connections one more time, then make sure that all three pots are at a middle value. If either the trim pot OR the level pot are cranked all the way down, then you won't have any output.
Give those things a shot, and if none of them work, take a clear picture of the front and of the back side of the board and send them over email to crazybutable at gmail dot com.
